At VORZENO ACTIVEWEAR, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Shipping options, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your destination.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing may take longer during busy periods.

Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping: approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery time is processing time plus shipping time. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs, weather, carrier disruptions and seasonal demand may cause delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders under $50 USD: $3.99 USD standard shipping.
  • Orders of $50 USD or more: free standard shipping.

These are our intended standard shipping rates. The shipping charge and available destinations displayed at checkout are authoritative; any destination-specific exceptions will be shown before payment.

International Orders

We aim to serve customers internationally where shipping is available. Available countries and shipping methods are confirmed at checkout. Import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply according to local regulations and, unless stated otherwise at checkout, are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking details where tracking is available. Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking information to begin updating.

Address Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your address or request cancellation. We will try to help before dispatch, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun. After dispatch, we may be unable to change the shipping address.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order is delayed or tracking has not updated after 72 hours, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
